What is inFict?

The name says it all: you are in the fiction.

inFict stories play out through interactions with the real world. You and your friends are part of the story — receiving messages from characters, arriving at real locations, making choices that change what happens next. The inFict app is your portal to the story. The narrative will appear in the app as you play.

Imagine you're Bastian in the attic, giving a name to a princess worlds away. A family in 1938, huddled around the radio to hear that Martians have landed in New Jersey. With friends, following a map to pirate treasure to save your home. Lucy stepping through the wardrobe, brushing past fur coats into the snow of Narnia. The kids of Hawkins, blurring the lines between tabletop roleplaying and reality. inFict takes that feeling off the page and into the world. These aren't our stories — they're our compass.
